 How This System Works

The working principle is very simple. You place parts on the trays and start automatic mode. The system feeds parts layer by layer. When a layer is empty, it switches to the next one. No manual help is needed.

 

The control uses a Guangdong Gumei PLC and a 7-inch touch screen. The logic is clear and easy to use. The lift uses Inovance servo motors (400W and 750W) with Shinpo planetary reducers. Running is smooth and reliable. The repeat positioning accuracy for each layer is within ±0.25 mm. This meets the pick-up needs of most standard workpieces. Safety features include mechanical limits, overload protection, an emergency stop, and sound and light alarms. It also has basic interlocking with the robot. All necessary protections are there, which meets the safety standards of any industrial workshop.

 

 Built for Reliable, High-Volume Production

The body of this machine is welded from standard steel sections. The structure is simple and solid. The drive system uses a proven servo-plus-rack-and-guide design. There are no complex parts. The biggest benefit of this design is a very low failure rate. Simpler structures break down less often. Maintenance costs are also very low. All parts are common standard items. They are cheap and easy to buy. Daily maintenance is just cleaning the trays and guides and adding grease from time to time. A regular maintenance worker can do it.
