Laser Reflector-Guided AGV

The Laser Reflector-Guided AGV Cart is a high-precision, trackless, and dynamically schedulable automatic transport device. It uses a laser scanner on the cart to scan reflectors in the environment. It calculates the cart's exact position in real time for high-precision travel. It does not need magnetic tape, QR codes, or tracks. It is a truly trackless flexible logistics device.

This cart is widely used in precision electronics, auto parts, fixture transfer, warehouse logistics, clean rooms, and complex multi-station lines. It suits high-frequency, multi-point, complex-path, and frequent changeover fully automatic unmanned transfer. It is the mainstream logistics device for high-end automation lines.

Magnetic tape and QR-code AGVs can meet most needs, but not precision docking. Tape wears out. QR codes get dirty. Over time, positioning drifts. Precision electronics lines and automated warehouses need millimetre-level or even higher positioning accuracy.

The Laser Reflector-Guided AGV Cart achieves high-precision positioning with laser ranging and reflector calibration. The on-board laser scanner reads reflectors in the environment in real time. It calculates the cart's exact coordinates using triangulation. It is not affected by lighting changes, people moving, material blocking, or workshop dust. It maintains high-precision positioning all day. One precision electronics customer told us that after using this AGV, they achieved millimetre-level precise docking with their pick-and-place machine line. Material was delivered to the line connection point accurately every time. There was no more material jamming due to positioning errors.

The cart uses an on-board laser scanner to read reflectors installed in the workshop environment. The system calculates the cart's exact coordinates based on laser ranging data. It corrects errors automatically and plans the travel path. It does not need floor tape, QR codes, or tracks. It relies entirely on reflectors in the environment for navigation and positioning.

The control uses a dedicated AGV system. It supports automatic mapping, autonomous path planning, obstacle avoidance, task queuing, automatic charging, and cross-zone dispatch. Travel speed and stop accuracy can be adjusted freely. The cart body uses a high-strength structure with high load capacity. Safety features include laser collision detection, infrared sensors, mechanical bumpers, sound and light warnings, emergency stop, speed adaptation, and obstacle bypassing.

No floor tape, tracks, or QR codes. Just install fixed reflectors on walls and columns for full navigation. The floor is clean with no obstacles. The working temperature range is -10°C to 45°C. It supports dozens of AGVs working together. The system intelligently assigns tasks, controls intersections, avoids actively, and bypasses congestion.
