Single‑rail guided rover cart is a rail‑guided‑vehicle (RGV) material‑transfer cart travelling on a single linear guide rail. Driven by servo motor and rack‑pinion drive system, it performs reciprocating shuttle movements between fixed stations along single‑rail tracks. It features simple track‑laying requirements and cost‑effective investment. It is mainly used for fixed‑point pallet‑transfer between silo stations, processing equipment and buffer stations inside manufacturing workshops, suited for medium‑weight pallet circulation on straight‑line fixed‑routes.
Single‑rail RGV performance is highly dependent on route layout and pallet weight. Drawing‑based manufacturing lets us customize travel length, payload and number of stop stations based on customer‑workshop‑station‑layout drawings to guarantee stable positioning accuracy for each material‑transfer station.
