NB25 6-Axis Industrial Robot

The 6-Axis Manipulator for Material Handling is a flexible robot for industrial automation lines. It is used for part loading and unloading, station transfer, line transport, finished product palletising, and material moving. With its six-axis multi-degree flexible motion, it can pick, place, and move parts from any angle in three-dimensional space. It replaces manual workers in repetitive, high-frequency, and heavy-load material transfer.

This robot is used in CNC machining, assembly lines, packaging lines, and warehouse palletising. It works for both heavy metal parts and light plastic finished products.

Material handling is one of the most labour-intensive jobs in a factory. Parts must be moved from one machine to another, from one line to another, and from the floor to pallets. These jobs seem simple, but they are repetitive, tiring, and easy to make mistakes.

The 6-Axis Manipulator for Material Handling works 24 hours a day without stopping. It moves flexibly and positions accurately. Pick and place positions are always the same. This stops the problems of manual handling: tilted placement, uneven height, and misaligned stacks. One robot can replace two or three material handlers. It never gets tired and never makes mistakes. The robot uses a six-joint structure with a dedicated handling program. The operator records the pick point, place point, and stacking positions using a hand-held teach pendant. The system generates the handling program automatically. During running, the robot follows the preset path to complete picking, lifting, transferring, placing, and layer stacking.

The control uses a dedicated handling system. It supports multiple handling program storage. Different products and stacking patterns can be switched with one button. Changeover is simple and quick. Speed and start/stop buffering can be finely adjusted. Handling is smooth with no shaking, slipping, or part damage. The robot can use grippers, suction cups, and combined tools. It handles both heavy metal parts and light plastic and packaging products.

The robot is floor-mounted. It does not need long rails. It can be placed flexibly in lines, single stations, and palletising areas. Its footprint is small and it adapts to different spaces. The working temperature range is -10°C to 45°C. Safety features include collision detection, overload protection, motion interlocks, and emergency stop. If there is interference, overload, or a dropped part, it stops immediately.
