Heavy‑load overhead gantries need strict structural verification of payload and span. Drawing‑based prototype assessment is applied. We simulate load‑deflection scenarios using customer workpiece weight and gantry‑span data before manufacturing, lowering risk of long‑term deformation under heavy‑duty cyclic operation.
